Complaints, Concerns or Compliments about this Service or Activity:

Any complaints should be directed to the Head Teacher (Eileen Shannon) or, in her absence, the Deputy Head Teacher (Hannah Clarkson).

Any concerns should be raised, in the first instance, with the key worker for the pupil and then passed on to the Head Teacher or Deputy Head Teacher.

Compliments can be given / sent directly to the key worker. General compliments are always welcome via the main email addresses.
A ‘User Survey’ is sent to schools and parents/carers at least bi-annually in order for feedback and data to be collected formally.
